Delete your account and data
How to delete what PsyGames, Chess & Go, TypeFree and Smart Alarm keep about you. Developer: Denis Onosov (ASI Apps). Only TypeFree has an account; the other three apps work without one.
- Everything stored on your phone is removed when you delete the app.
- Copies on our server are stored with Supabase in the EU (Stockholm region) and kept until you ask us to delete them — we have no automatic deletion schedule.
- Write to support@asiapps.pro from any address and name the app. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by reply.
TypeFree — Touch Typing
TypeFree is the only one of the four apps with an account (an optional nickname and PIN). You can delete it yourself in the app.
In the app
- Open TypeFree and tap the account button at the top (☁️ or 👤).
- In the Account window tap “Delete account”.
- Tap once more — the button now reads “Delete for good? Tap again”.
- The app shows “Account deleted” and signs you out.
What is deleted
From the server: your nickname and PIN hash, sessions synced to the account, certificates, league results, replays and challenges.
What is not deleted by this button
- Progress on this device stays until you delete the app.
- Sessions sent before you created the account carry only a random device ID and are not linked to it — write to us to have them deleted.
- A name typed into the leaderboard of the web version (typefree.pro in a browser) — write to us.

No access to the app any more? Write to us with your nickname and roughly when you trained; we delete the account after making sure it is yours.
PsyGames: Brain Training
PsyGames has no account and no sign-in. Everything on your phone is removed with the app.
On our server: records of finished games, error reports, leaderboard results and feedback you sent (with a screenshot and a voice recording, if you added them).
By email
To delete them, write to us. Include what helps us find your records: your invite code (Friends screen) or the name shown for you in a leaderboard, the profile name you used and roughly when you played or sent feedback.
Game records carry only the profile name and the time. If you kept the default name (for example “Guest”), your games cannot be told apart from other players’, so we delete your leaderboard results and feedback but cannot single out those game records — they contain nothing else about you.
Chess & Go: Shogi, Xiangqi
Chess & Go has no account. Your games and settings are on your phone and are removed with the app.
On our server: only problem reports you sent yourself with “Report a problem” — the text, a screenshot, a contact if you entered one and a random device ID.

To delete a report, write to us with roughly when you sent it and what it said.
Smart Alarm: Wake Up Sharp
Smart Alarm has no account. Your alarms, habits, diary and photos are on your phone and are removed with the app.
On our server: only problem reports you sent yourself with “Report a problem” — the text, a screenshot, a contact if you entered one and a random device ID.
