Privacy Policy
This page covers four apps by Denis Onosov: PsyGames, Chess & Go, TypeFree and Smart Alarm. They collect different data, so each app has its own section below — read the one for the app you use.
Effective: October 20, 2026
None of the four apps shows advertising, uses advertising identifiers or third-party advertising or analytics SDKs, or sells your data.
Whatever an app sends goes over encrypted HTTPS to our database provider, Supabase, is stored in the EU (Stockholm region) and is used only to run the app and fix problems. One exception, described in its section: PsyGames passes an anonymous results summary to Anthropic to write AI summaries.
PsyGames: Brain Training
What stays on your device
- Your training history, results, streaks, achievements, profiles, language and theme are stored on your device.
What is sent
After every finished game
- a session record: the game, score, time, errors, difficulty and mode, game-specific results, whether it was part of a warm-up, the day of the week, a random session ID and the label of the active profile (for example “Guest”) — a name you chose in the app, not your identity.
Automatically, when the app hits an error
- the error text and technical trace, the screen, the system (iOS, Android or web) and the profile label. The same error is sent at most once every five minutes.
Automatically, for leaderboards
- when you finish a game that has a leaderboard, your score or level together with a random player ID created on your device. Other players see your result under an anonymous name the server derives from that ID. If you add friends, a short invite code links your player IDs.
Only when you send feedback yourself
- the text you wrote, a screenshot, a voice recording if you chose to record one, a random device ID created by the app, and technical details: app version, platform, language, screen size and your last steps in the app. With the same device ID the app later checks whether the problems you reported have been fixed.
AI-written summaries
- on the statistics, warm-up result and assessment result screens, the app sends a compact summary of your results (for example today’s scores, your streak, games this week) with the interface language and a tone to our server function, which passes it to Anthropic (Claude model). The summary contains no profile label and no device or player ID. If the request fails, the app shows its own built-in text.
Updates, voice and pictures
- the app downloads the list of current versions, voice recordings and pictures from psy-games.pro. These requests carry no personal data; like any web server, ours sees the IP address of the request.
What this app does not do
- No name, email, phone number, contacts, photos from your library or location are requested.
- No advertising profile is built.
Deleting your data
Data on your device is removed with the app. Session records, error reports, scores and feedback are kept as long as they are needed for your statistics, leaderboards and fixes; to have them deleted, write to us with the profile label and roughly when you played or sent feedback.
Chess & Go: Shogi, Xiangqi
What stays on your device
- Your games, journey progress, puzzle results, recent games and settings are stored on your device.
- The computer opponent runs on your phone; your moves are not sent anywhere.
- The app asks for no access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos.
What is sent
Only when you tap “Report a problem” and send a report yourself
- the text you wrote and a screenshot of the screen you were on;
- a contact for a reply — only if you entered one;
- a random identifier created by the app on your device — not an advertising ID and not linked to your name;
- technical details: app version, screen name, system, language, time zone, screen size and how long the app had been open.
What this app does not do
- Nothing is sent in the background.
- No account and no sign-in.
Deleting your data
Everything on your device is removed with the app. To have a report deleted, write to us and mention roughly when you sent it.
TypeFree — Touch Typing
What stays on your device
- Your progress, lesson history, per-key statistics, settings and language are stored on your device.
- The app creates a random device identifier — not the advertising ID and not a hardware serial number — so the same session is not counted twice.
What is sent
Training sessions, when the network is available
- the result of a finished session: date, mode, language, keyboard layout, speed, accuracy, duration, number of characters and errors, the keys you missed most, app version and platform — with the random device identifier.
Optional account
- a nickname and a short PIN; no email, phone number or real name. The PIN is stored only as a cryptographic hash. The account exists to carry your progress between devices.
Certificate and competition, when you ask for them
- the name you type for a speed-test certificate and the result; a certificate is public to anyone who has its link;
- if you publish a result to the leaderboard or challenge a friend, your nickname, the result and the replay of that run become public.
What this app does not do
- No profiling or targeted advertising.
- The whole trainer works without an account and with the network off.
Deleting your data
In the app: account button (☁️ or 👤) → “Delete account”, tap again to confirm. This removes your nickname, PIN hash, synced sessions and everything published under the nickname. Sessions sent without an account carry only the random device identifier.
Smart Alarm: Wake Up Sharp
What stays on your device
- Your alarms, habits, routines and diary are stored on your device.
- Motion sensor readings count shakes, steps and squats during a wake-up task and are then discarded.
- The microphone measures how loud you are during the “shout” task and hears voice notes; sound is not recorded. Voice notes are turned into text by your phone’s own offline speech recognition.
- The camera is used for the “photo” task; the photo stays on your device. Location is used only for “only at home”, and your home position never leaves the phone. NFC reads only the ID of the tag you chose.
- Each permission is asked when you first use the feature; you can refuse and the rest of the app keeps working.
What is sent
Only when you tap “Report a problem” and send a report yourself
- the text you wrote and a screenshot of the screen you were on;
- a contact for a reply — only if you entered one;
- a random identifier created by the app on your device — not an advertising ID and not linked to your name;
- technical details: app version, screen name, system, language, time zone, screen size, how long the app had been open, the alarm scheduler status, and exercise vibration details (your vibration settings, whether the phone can vibrate, the last few vibration cues).
What this app does not do
- Nothing is sent in the background.
- No account and no sign-in.
- No health or medical assessment: the app keeps only whether an exercise was completed and when.
Deleting your data
Everything on your device is removed with the app. To have a report deleted, write to us and mention roughly when you sent it.
Children
PsyGames has a profile for children aged 7–12 and TypeFree has a kids mode. We do not ask children for personal data. If you believe a child has sent us something you want removed, write to us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under GDPR and CCPA), you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of data about you. Write to us; because the apps keep no names, tell us which app and roughly when, so we can find the records.
App stores
Apple and Google process installation and payment data under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your payment details.
Changes
When an app starts sending something new, its section here changes the same day and the date below moves.
